Book launch November 1st "Scratching the Surface"
Tomorrow November 1st the new publication Scratching the Surface will launch at Pennings Foundation in Eindhoven.
An afternoon dedicated to graffiti and street art, amidst the photography exhibition With One Eye Open by curator Jasper van Es.

The publication Scratching the Surface: An Exploration of Graffiti and Street Art is composed of seven essays written by Daniël de Jongh, Lene ter Haart, Robert Kaltenhäuser, Javier Abarca, Stephen Burke, Raenys Martis, Ana Maria Hernandez, and Robin Vermeulen. The authors all share their professional and personal experiences with graffiti and street art, offering a range of perspectives on these artforms as well as showcasing their potential. The variety in positions and perspectives of the authors also generates plenty of room for further discussion.
This publication is number 16 in the essay series of the Mondriaan Fund and appears in both English and Dutch with supporting images Published by the Mondriaan Fund in collaboration with Jap Sam Books, printed by NPN Drukkers, and designed by Studio Janneke Hendriks.
